Growing up in Angers in the beautiful Loire Valley, France, Christian discovered his love and passion for Music and the drums at the age of 8 years old. He studied the Agostini  drum books with Philippe Blondet and received a superior diploma. At 16 he moved to Paris to study at the Emmanuel Boursault drum school where his musical tastes turned to Funk, Jazz and latin music. In 1991 after playing extensively with many French artists, he moved to Los Angeles to study at the “PIT”(Musicians Institute of Hollywood) where he graduated from with honors and was nominated for best stylist and best technique.

Very versatile, Christian began touring and recording with Rock, Gospel, RnB, Salsa, Brazilian, African, Contemporary, straight ahead and Smooth jazz artists in California and the US.

In 2011 he joined the Cirque du Soleil show “Alegria” and for 3 years toured the world with an average of 300 shows a year in more than 30 countries!

In 1998, Christian was featured in Batteur magazine (French modern drummer), describing him as very talented, versatile and dedicated drummer.

Again in 2012 he was featured in Batterie Magazine as he was playing in Bercy(Paris) with Alegria.

His talent on the skin has made him a very in-demand musician in the Los Angeles area.
